I’m so excited to share this new dining discovery! The SoMoms were at another Coach Pia session yesterday, at this new hotel in Quezon City called Sequoia. The hotel’s main outlet is Ombu Modern Filipino Restaurant, which sponsored our lunch. I had not eaten so much in a while! Can you blame me? Look at all the food they prepared for us. Pang baranggay!
This dish was my ultimate favourite. Everything was delicious but the Salted Egg Tempura was something different and it was really yummy! I don’t have enough words to describe how much I enjoyed all the food. Y’all just have to go there and try these dishes yourselves.
(Where’s my photo of the Gising Gising? Arghhhh. I don’t know why I can’t find it. It was so good, too.)
Here’s a fun group picture just to show you what a feast Ombu prepared for all of us!
Ombu Modern Filipino Restaurant is on the Ground Floor of the Sequoia Hotel, #91-93 Mother Ignacia Avenue, Quezon City, across the street from Burger King. You can call them at 441-1789. I’m already making a mental note to go back with my foodie family!
